I love eating ice cream, and I know I am over that one time where I ate too much ice cream in high school. When I ate with edris and vinesh once at fentons. I got a shake, vinesh got a shake, and e got a brownie ala mode. Essentially I finished my ice cream, the glass for vinesh, and 2 scoops of ice cream and a brownie. 
Fast forward to today, for my sharing group after church We decided to keep it light and have ice cream. So we went down to the castro valley ice creamery. I am actually watching what I am eating, so I actually got a Junior Ice Cream Sundae. Imagine the regular size one.
Good by abs that I want. Even thought I just started beachbody asylum.
