So after feeling down that I didn’t get that interview. I sulked around for the day. But the good news is that I feel renewed hope that I will be able to land an internship. But I do have a backup plan, I might work at the alameda county fair if nothing comes through.
My sister found me a listing for an engineering internship on the Cal State East Bay site, so I sent in my resume around 1 minute ago. And I networked with a guy at the Toastmasters meeting. He might try to introduce me to some of the engineering firms that are actually on castro valley blvd. (I didn’t even know there were companies like that in castro valley). I think it looks a little brighter now.
