So lunch we went to downtown Mong Kok , we ended up eating at this popular noodle place in the mall. And you can see the protestors outside on the street.
It was good, we all had wonton noodles, my dad had vegetable, Kelly and I had wonton, and my mom had beef. It was good, it was a small good meal, which made Kelly full. I was really full too. Kelly loves the portions in Hong Kong! It is the perfect amount for her.
There were not that many protesters because most were in school, or at work. So they were mostly just cleaning up the streets and making umbrellas for tonight.
What I saw most people do was make prettier things. And I could not really tell who were or were not demonstrators, because there were families there and everything. Cops were mostly just hanging around walking and giving tourist people directions.
Then we went to the ladies market? It is like a giant flea market set up on the street. It went all the way down for 1 mile, with a lot of tshirts, and knock off items. It is fun watching people bargain. I sometimes thing the people selling these things must get them for nothing. Selling “I
