So today after work I decided to do a quick run, parkour style. So that mean I would run around and jump over and through things to make it a more “spectacular” run. Too bad, it takes so much more energy to move like that, so I didn’t run as far.
So I took a stop after 1 mile, to play in the field and do handstands, and cartwheels. I noticed that I don’t do cartwheels to the right as well as I do it to the left.
The image was me trying to do a table spin at Sonoma State.
So I was near the playground doing jumps over the benches and doing table spins. I did around 50 table spins, with both hands, and it was painful when I missesd. =) I would barely clear and one butt cheek would land on the corner of the table. =) Which hurted a lot !!! If you watch carefully if I hurt myself and can move, I actually walk around or try to run it off. It is really funny.
